Marquis Builders was started in 1998, and has been building custom homes for over 20 years. In 2013, Zane Martens purchased Marquis Builders and continued the legacy of building quality crafted homes from the ground up.

Zane Martens purchased Marquis Builders in 2013, but his interest in construction started at a very young age helping his father on any construction projects he could. Zane followed his passion of construction and attended Purdue University studying Building Construction Management, and graduated in 2007. After graduation, Zane started his construction career building new homes in Arizona as a full time missionary on the San Carlos Apache Reservation. After 3 years in Arizona, Zane decided to move back to Indiana and join his father’s construction business. In 2013 Zane got the opportunity to move back to his “hometown” and purchase Marquis Builders. Since purchasing Marquis Builders Zane has worked to grow the business and has enjoyed helping countless clients build their “dream” homes.
